Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support international market expansion through the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies. This individual contributor role will focus on developing market-level strategies and sales enablement initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of GeneDx’s genomic solutions. In addition to supporting international growth, this role will collaborate closely with the Enterprise team to develop strategies tailored to health systems and large accounts. Responsibilities include creating go-to-market (GTM) materials, developing collateral, and collaborating cross-functionally to equip the sales team across key regions. The ideal candidate has experience in international marketing, strong sales enablement expertise, and a proven ability to create compelling, market-tailored strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market-Level Strategy Execution: Support the development and execution of tailored marketing strategies for international markets, adapting plans to meet regional needs and business objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Create go-to-market (GTM) decks, collateral, and tools that enable sales teams to effectively communicate GeneDx’s value proposition in each market.
  • Enterprise support: Partner with Enterprise team to develop marketing approaches that resonate with health systems and large accounts, leveraging B2B and account-based marketing strategies that drive adoption of GeneDx solutions.
  • Collateral Development: Build high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials including but not limited to presentations, case studies, one-pagers aligned to brand guidelines and tailored to target audiences that drive awareness, education, and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Medical Affairs, Creative Team, and Channel Owners to align messaging, priorities, and execution for international initiatives.
  • Market Insights: Gather and share insights on customer needs, competitive activity, and industry trends within target regions to inform strategy and execution.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in executing market-focused campaigns across core channels, including sales enablement, events, digital collateral, and webinars.
  • Performance Tracking: Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales tools and campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Process Ownership: Manage approvals and reviews for all materials to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.

Education, Experience, and Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, SaaS, or data-driven solutions.
  • Prior experience supporting international markets strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in sales enablement and GTM collateral development.
  • SaaS or data sales experience is a plus.

Skills

  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, audience-specific messaging and sales tools.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience tailoring content for global audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms (CRM, content management, presentation tools).
  • Experience with project management and project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Highly collaborative team player with experience working across sales, product, and marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in developing and interpreting marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and driving meaningful outcomes in healthcare.

  • The role may require occasional travel in support of team offsites, HCP conference support attendance, or other marketing activations.

  • Thorough analysis: We classify variants according to our custom adaptation of the most recent guidelines. We then leverage our rich internal database for additional interpretation evidence.
  • Customized care: Our experts review all test results and write reports in a clear, concise, and personalized way. We also include information for research studies in specific clinical situations.
  • Impactful discovery: Our researchers continue working to find answers even after testing is complete. Through both internal research efforts and global collaborations, we have identified and published hundreds of new disease-gene relationships and developed novel tools for genomic data analysis.
