We're looking for a Marketing Manager | Integrations who will be responsible for architecting and continuously evolving the marketing integration model from signed Letter of Intent through 90+ days post-close ensuring newly acquired advisor teams transition smoothly, adopt WEG’s marketing ecosystem, and activate measurable growth early in their partnership. As Wealth Enhancement Group continues to grow through increasingly sophisticated and upmarket acquisitions, the Marketing Manager | Integrations plays a critical leadership role in translating complex M&A activity into scalable, growth-driven marketing outcomes.

While responsible for strategic oversight and model evolution, this manager must also be willing to step into day-to-day execution when deal volume or complexity requires it.
