The Marketing Manager, EMS Software is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that drive adoption, retention, and growth of ZOLL’s EMS software solutions across North America.
This role focuses on developing and supporting marketing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market activities for EMS software, including clinical documentation, QA/QI, billing, dispatch, analytics, and extended system-of-care solutions.
The Marketing Manager works closely with Marketing Communications, Sales, and Product Management to ensure marketing programs, messaging, and campaigns are delivered effectively. This includes creating and maintaining product guides, sales tools, presentations, digital content, and marketing collaterals to support the EMS software portfolio.
Additionally, the Marketing Manager serves as a subject matter expert on EMS software, competitive solutions, and market trends, providing guidance and support to field teams, Sales, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the execution of marketing strategies, product positioning, and commercialization activities for ZOLL’s EMS software solutions.
• Partner with Sales leadership, Regional, and Territory Managers to drive adoption, including the development of sales tools, training materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Develop and maintain product guides, talking points, digital content, and other sales enablement materials to support the EMS software portfolio.
• Provide strategic support and guidance to field teams to ensure effective customer engagement and adoption of EMS software solutions.
• Conduct and leverage market research and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
• Partner with the North America EMS Marketing team to drive alignment of messaging and campaigns across ZOLL’s EMS hardware and software portfolios, ensuring consistent, clear, and effective communication.
• Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market plans for software launches, upgrades, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage trade show and industry event planning and execution, representing EMS software solutions and ensuring maximum impact.
Required / Preferred Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline required
• 4+ years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device or B2B marketing experience
• Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Demonstrated ability to take complex information and make it useful to customers and sales teams.
• Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills.
• Up to date on current marketing channels and trends.
• Excellent project management skills with proven ability to successfully manage and report out on multiple initiatives, marketing metrics, and campaigns.
• Detail oriented and analytical, able to maintain organization, prioritize, and multi-task.
• Proactive and creative problem-solver with a desire for continuous learning.
• Willing to travel up to 25%

Job Summary

The annual salary for this position is:

$85,200.00 to $112,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
