💡 About the roleThis role is for Fieldtrip (our parent company) - we're seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our team.
The Marketing Manager will work closely alongside the Chief Growth Officer, helping turn strategy into clear, consistent, and high-quality marketing execution across content, brand, and visibility initiatives.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys collaborating with senior leadership, has strong judgment and taste, and knows how to move ideas from concept to reality.
⭐️ About the teamThe marketing team is responsible for setting the strategic direction and narrative for Fieldtrip and the Growth Creative System™.
📈 Primary ObjectivesPartner with the CGO to execute Fieldtrip’s brand and growth strategy.
Ensure Fieldtrip shows up consistently and credibly across all marketing channels.
Support inbound demand by reinforcing Fieldtrip’s positioning with CMOs and senior decision-makers.
Maintain and evolve Fieldtrip’s core marketing assets.
Contribute to employer brand and culture visibility in a thoughtful, authentic way.
3+ years of hands-on experience in UGC, paid social, or influencer marketing, including end-to-end campaign execution.
Experience managing freelancers or external creators and coordinating multi-channel content.
Strong judgment and taste in creative and brand storytelling.
Experience creating content for B2B or senior audiences (CMOs, executives) is a plus.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with a focus on execution and consistency.
Strategic Collaboration & Execution: Work with the CGO to translate priorities into actionable marketing initiatives and campaigns; provide structure and momentum to ensure ideas are shipped.
Content Operations & Quality Control: Manage Fieldtrip’s content across LinkedIn, newsletter, blog, and other channels; coordinate freelancers; review for quality, clarity, and brand alignment.
Demand Support (Non-Sales): Reinforce credibility and messaging for CMOs and senior audiences; collaborate with sales leadership when marketing materials are needed.
Events & Visibility: Support speaking engagements, podcasts, panels, and other CMO-facing events; handle logistics, prep materials, and post-event follow-up content.
Execution & Coordination: Own timelines, deliverables, and cross-team handoffs; proactively flag bottlenecks to keep initiatives moving smoothly.
On-time, high-quality content: Campaigns, website, and marketing assets delivered consistently.
Aligned & effective: Content reflects Fieldtrip’s POV with minimal rework.
Brand growth & visibility: Steady engagement on LinkedIn/newsletter and positive feedback from prospects.
Smooth operations: Clear briefs, clean handoffs, and seamless coordination with freelancers.
