Your Role and Impact

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Affiliates & Referral Partners to own and scale Venn’s affiliate and referral partner programs. This is a high-impact role where you’ll design and optimize strategies to recruit, enable, and activate a network of partners who drive demand and revenue for Venn. You’ll focus on building trusted relationships with independent and fractional IT and security leaders, consultants, and influencers - equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and incentives to help them communicate Venn’s value propositions to their clients. By creating clear value for these partners through education and co-marketing, you’ll turn their networks into a scalable growth engine for Venn.

What You Will Do:

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable high-quality affiliate and referral partners across relevant ecosystems.
  • Build incentive structures and partner tiers that drive sustained performance.
  • Launch and manage co-marketing campaigns with affiliates and referral partners (email, content, social, webinars).
  • Design and implement scalable referral and affiliate workflows, ensuring a seamless partner and customer experience.
  • Build creative assets and messaging toolkits that empower partners to promote Venn effectively.
Plan and manage partner-driven events and activations (e.g., referral contests, affiliate promotions, virtual roundtables).
  • Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate and referral performance using attribution models and reporting dashboards.
  • Identify top-performing partners and double down on high-ROI activities.
  • Provide ongoing insights and recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Legal to ensure partner leads are routed, tracked, and converted effectively.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging and GTM positioning across all affiliate/referral campaigns.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, referral programs, channel marketing, or partnerships in a SaaS/tech company.
Proven track record of scaling affiliate/referral programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with an eye for brand building and memorable experiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and able to work with cross functional team such as Sales, Product and Customer Success
