Position Summary:
About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, data-driven B2B Marketing Manager with deep experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and lifecycle marketing to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and customer retention across Redaptive’s core verticals, including Industrial & Manufacturing, Healthcare, Real Estate Owners & REITs, and Developers.
This role is ideal for a marketer who understands how to translate complex solutions into compelling, personalized narratives that resonate with decision-makers. You will design and execute full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that leverage AI-assisted tools to optimize segmentation, personalization, and performance.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations to align marketing strategies to revenue-driving priorities—especially expansion plays within existing Tier 1 accounts—and create highly personalized journeys that convert and retain enterprise customers.
Campaign Strategy & Lifecycle Execution
Develop and launch integrated, full-funnel marketing programs (email, digital, content, events, direct mail, etc.) tailored by vertical, buyer persona, and stage.
Design and manage automated nurture tracks to move prospects and customers through the buyer journey.
Leverage AI-driven tools for segmentation, personalization, timing, and performance optimization.
Optimize lead handoff and funnel velocity in partnership with Sales and Sales ops.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Collaborate with Sales to identify target accounts, especially within Tier 1 and expansion opportunities.
Execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs across digital and offline channels with content tailored to buying committees.
Manage ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo) to track engagement, intent, and influence on the pipeline.
Deliver account-level insights and expansion opportunities to Sales with recommendations for next steps.
Ensure sales engagement and adoption of the tools and the overall program.
Revenue-Focused Alignment & Sales Enablement
Drive pipeline and revenue growth, with a focus on metrics like MQA conversion, influenced pipeline, closed-won deals, and expansion revenue.
Partner with Sales to support cross-sell and upsell efforts, particularly in high-value existing accounts.
Develop and distribute enablement assets such as messaging frameworks, call scripts, and personalized outreach materials.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
Define, measure, and report on KPIs such as campaign ROI, account engagement, funnel velocity, and expansion success.
A/B test and iterate on campaigns to improve results across buyer stages and segments.
Monitor and enhance automation workflows to ensure smooth transitions from marketing to sales engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth, Events, and Digital teams to maximize impact and message consistency.
Manage external vendors and platforms to scale campaigns and maintain performance standards.
Required Qualifications
5–7+ years in B2B marketing, with substantial experience in ABM and customer marketing.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Proven track record designing and optimizing revenue-driven campaigns and supporting Sales expansion strategies.
Familiarity with AI-assisted campaign platforms and data tools.
Deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and how to build meaningful engagement at every stage.
Exceptional skills in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and project management.
Preferred Experience
Experience in energy, industrial, real estate, or sustainability-focused solutions.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SalesLoft, or Sendoso.
Strong background in lifecycle marketing and post-sale customer engagement programs.

Salary range: $120,000-$140,000
