Boost is building the onchain incentives layer for crypto applications. We help teams design and run incentive programs that reward real onchain actions and drive sustainable revenue, not vanity metrics.
We’re a small, senior team, and this role comes with a large amount of ownership over our brand, growth engine, and the experiments we run across Boost and RabbitHole. You’ll work directly with the founders and core team to shape how the ecosystem sees us.
What you’ll doOwn marketing strategy and execution – positioning, messaging, channels, campaigns, and measurement. You’re comfortable being both the strategist and the operator.
Run multiple campaigns in parallel – product launches, ecosystem partnerships, ambassador initiatives, and creator collaborations.
Design and scale an ambassador / creator program that reliably drives usage of Boost-powered quests and incentives.
Navigate and test new channels – Farcaster, quest platforms, mini-apps, onchain communities, events, and emerging surfaces.
Turn product into stories – translate complex onchain concepts into clear narratives, content, and campaigns for teams and users.
Experiment with “crazy ideas” – creative stunts and incentive experiments that feel native to crypto culture, then codify what works into playbooks.
Partner with product, BD, and founders to feed campaign insights back into roadmap, positioning, and ecosystem strategy.
A clear, consistent narrative and positioning for Boost and RabbitHole across site, decks, and campaigns.
A functioning ambassador / creator program that drives repeat usage and high-quality content.
A small set of repeatable channels and playbooks (e.g., mini-apps, quests, ecosystem launches) that can be scaled.
You’ve used quest / incentive products in web3 (e.g., Galxe, Layer3, Rabbithole, Zealy, etc.) and have strong opinions on what good looks like.
You’ve run an ambassador or creator program before (or something similar: KOL programs, campus reps, heavy community-led growth).
You’re Type A about execution (organized, detail-oriented, hit deadlines) but calm and collected in ambiguity.
You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects across internal launches and external partners without dropping balls.
You have strong product intuition – you like diving into the product, understanding flows, and shaping messaging from first principles.
You enjoy brainstorming wild ideas, then quickly narrowing down to what’s realistic, testable, and worth scaling.
You’ve navigated new channels from zero, building playbooks where none existed.
Experience with B2B or ecosystem marketing – marketing to teams, protocols, wallets, or developer / partner audiences (not just end consumers).
Prior experience at a crypto startup in growth, marketing, ecosystem, or community roles.
Comfort working with onchain data and basic performance metrics (dashboards, attribution, CAC/ROI thinking).
