At ALLO, we believe people are our biggest asset. Our team brings the ALLO mission to life because as local members of each community, we live, work, play, and volunteer right here with you. We're passionate about being involved and contributing to the success and progress of each of our GIG Communities.
We pursue these passions because ALLO leaders have created a workplace where folks are valued, ideas are heard, and leaders and teammates show up for each other at work and in life.

Here’s the basic plot structure: next‐generation fiber‐optic technology, the most dynamic and authentic characters you’ll ever meet, taking over the telecom world. Since 2003, we’ve had a compelling story to tell and an audience eager for a new narrative and genuine connection. We’re looking for someone who can weave technical terms into real‐life experiences. You’ll author a brand presence our employees and business customers feel compelled to identify with and chronicle the evolution of our fiber domination.
This position works closely with the marketing, product, sales, training, and operations teams. You have a way with words, but we’ll also expect you to crunch some numbers. You’ll determine whether our story has a meaningful impact on our audiences or if a plot twist is needed. You’ll oversee all aspects, including new customer acquisition, retention, upselling, and everything in between.
Knowledge and experience are essential; we need someone with marketing, product sales, and brand management experience. We think character is just as important and look for those who have an instinct for our core values: Honest, Local, Exceptional, and Hassle‐Free.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Kick off the day by checking our team project management system, updating deadlines, completing tasks, and organizing your digital priority list.

  • Take some time to evaluate market research to ensure we’re at the top of our game when it comes to our competitors.

  • Work with the Creative Team and Marketing Leaders to strategize, research, and finalize campaigns to reach our target sales goals.

  • Track campaign deadlines, monitor results, optimize the message, and creative strategy to keep us at the top of our game.

  • Prepare for a monthly presentation to ALLO leadership. You’ll translate impressions, CTR, and conversions into a comprehensive overview that all departments can grasp and appreciate.

  • Work with the product development team on new product rollouts, and work with teams to keep our customers and teammates informed.

  • Build strong relationships with community leaders, business leaders, and residents within our regions.

  • Work with department leadership to build training and techniques around customer engagement, upsell, and retention.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate performance and deliver insight to customers while monitoring data quality issues.

  • Continuously seek out opportunities to add value through process automation and programmatic solutions to manual tasks.

  • Be proactive to customer needs and support the ALLO management team as our primary customer.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of latest marketing trends and best practices.

  • Effectively present and discuss analysis and insights with customers in narrative or visual form.

Colorado Residents: Typical pay range for this role will be from $47,000 to $58,000 based on experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or Communication.

  • 3-5 years in marketing and brand management

  • 3-5 years in product marketing

  • High‐level competency in verbal and written communication

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Goal‐oriented with a can‐do attitude.

  • Right‐brained, left‐brained, we want your whole brain.

  • Wide degree of creativity and latitude.

  • Always open mentality – you welcome new ideas, constructive criticism, team feedback, and departmental input.

  • Curiosity is your superpower – you are eager to be constantly learning, adapting, and improving.

  • You know your stuff in the marketing world and are willing to collaborate outside the team and even the company when appropriate.
