About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of global, integrated marketing launches. In this role, you’ll serve as an organizational hub across marketing, product, creative, production, and channel teams, helping ensure timelines, campaign assets, approvals, and dependencies move smoothly from briefing through delivery.
This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is highly organized, attentive to detail, proactive in communication, and comfortable adapting as priorities change.
What You'll Do
- Support the development of campaign launch plans, timelines, checklists, and project trackers.
- Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and ownership across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain status reports, meeting agendas, notes, recap documents, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate the intake, briefing, routing, review, approval, and delivery of marketing assets.
- Support creative quality assurance and confirm that assets meet applicable brand, technical, and channel requirements.
- Coordinate localization workflows, review cycles, and final asset distribution.
- Partner with asset-management stakeholders to maintain accurate and organized digital files.
- Facilitate communication among internal teams, external agencies, and other project partners.
- Track stakeholder feedback and ensure revisions and approvals are completed on schedule.
- Prepare creative briefs, presentations, asset lists, bills of materials, and campaign recaps.
- Support statements of work, purchase orders, invoicing, and other operational documentation.
- Track campaign-level performance inputs and maintain accurate logs of marketing requests.
- Document post-launch findings and lessons learned to support continuous process improvement.
- Identify potential risks and blockers early, then communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Provide additional coordination and administrative support as needed to keep launches moving.
What You'll Bring
- One to two years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, creative production, project coordination, or a related function.
- Experience tracking marketing-project timelines, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Familiarity with creative and marketing-asset workflows, including briefing, routing, review, quality assurance, and approval.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining project trackers, status updates, meeting notes, and recap materials.
- Clear and proactive written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and changing deadlines within a fast-moving environment.
- Strong follow-through and willingness to take ownership of day-to-day coordination needs.
- Proficiency with Excel or comparable spreadsheet and tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting consumer-marketing, entertainment, gaming, media, or other content-driven campaigns.
- Experience coordinating global campaigns or localized marketing assets.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or another project-management platform.
- Familiarity with Figma, Mural, or comparable creative-collaboration tools.
- Experience using a digital asset-management system.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and channel-specific asset requirements.
- Experience supporting external agencies or creative vendors.
- Exposure to statements of work, purchase orders, invoicing, or budget documentation.
- Interest in consumer technology, entertainment, or gaming.
