Location: Boston, MA or Tampa, FL (Hybrid) Program Dates: May – August 2026 (10–12 weeks)

Responsibilities:
  • Execute and analyze digital marketing programs, supporting merchandising, creative strategy, and digital content implementation.

  • Track website usage trends, campaign performance, and visitor engagement metrics to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to determine sales opportunities, market penetration, and key industry trends.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to identify new partnerships, co-branding opportunities, and effective distribution channels.

  • Coordinate the development of marketing communications materials (creative design, writing, multimedia) to support target audience awareness and preference.

  • Support the development and maintenance of website graphic design and layout to ensure consistency with brand identity.

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Must be a Rising Junior (Graduating 2027) at the start of the internship.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

  • A passion for learning how marketing strategies directly drive business results.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with analytics/CRM tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is preferred.

  • Must be located in the continental United States for the duration of the program and authorized to work in the US without restriction.

Reasonably expected salary range: $52,200.00 - $65,300.00
