  • Creative Briefing: Assist in the development of clear, inspiring creative briefs that align with Circle's brand strategy and product goals.
  • Process Improvement: Help refine the workflows between internal Brand Producers and external agencies to increase speed and creative quality.
  • Trend & Talent Research: Conduct ongoing research into emerging creative talent and agencies within the Web3, Fintech, and high-tech design space to keep our partner roster "future-forward."

  • Integrity: You hold yourself to high moral and ethical standards, ensuring all partner relationships are built on mutual respect and transparency.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Interest in creative production, marketing operations, or project management
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and documentation systems
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
