Job Description

The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of Product Marketing activities for Evolution’s Live Casino portfolio, working closely with the Product Marketing Lead to ensure projects, product launches and marketing materials are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

The role will be highly hands-on, supporting the day-to-day execution and project management of Product Marketing activities, including the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, coordination of game launch marketing packs, internal marketing requests and stakeholder communications.

The Marketing Executive will also work closely with the Marketing Events Manager to support the planning and delivery of major global exhibitions and events, particularly ICE.

This role requires excellent organisational and project management skills, strong written English, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

Product Marketing

  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Lead to implement the marketing strategy for Live Casino, supporting the delivery of game and product launch plans and associated marketing activities.
  • Lead assigned Product Marketing projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of full Marketing Packs for new game and product launches, working closely with Product Marketing, Creative, Content Creation, Localisation and other relevant teams.
  • Track Product Marketing projects, timelines and deliverables using appropriate internal tools, proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met, and projects continue to move forward.
  • Create, edit and proofread product marketing materials including factsheets, presentations, newsletters, website copy, email content and other marketing collateral.
  • Support the Product Marketing Lead in translating product information into clear, engaging and commercially relevant marketing messaging.
  • Ensure the existing bank of Live Casino marketing materials is kept accurate and up to date, coordinating updates with relevant Marketing teams where required.
  • Support updates to product-related content across Evolution's websites, Client Area, newsletters and other relevant marketing channels.
  • Provide day-to-day marketing support to Product, Commercial and other internal stakeholders, including presentations, collateral, product information and other marketing requests.
  • Manage and coordinate assigned internal marketing requests, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress and agreed timelines.
  • Support reviews of how Evolution's marketing materials and game assets are being used on operator websites, helping to identify opportunities to improve the relevance, quality and adoption of Marketing materials.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support Product Marketing projects and provide relevant insights to the Product Marketing Lead.

Events & Exhibitions

  • Work closely with the Marketing Events Manager to support the organisation and delivery of assigned areas of major global exhibitions, particularly ICE, across brands within the Evolution Group.
  • Take responsibility for assigned elements of exhibition delivery, which may include stand requirements, hotel group bookings and travel arrangements, catering and refreshments, meeting schedules, internet provision and other event logistics.
  • Liaise with stand designers, suppliers, internal stakeholders and other partners on assigned areas of exhibition preparation and delivery.
  • Assist with the organisation of Evolution events, including managing the budget and coming up with theme ideas
  • Attend selected exhibitions and events where required and provide on-site support.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure assigned event projects and deliverables remain on track.
  • Update the central events budget with relevant costs, invoices and forecasts, working closely with the Marketing Events Manager, who retains overall ownership of the events budget.
  • Act as a key operational contact with Accounts and Finance for assigned event costs, purchase orders, invoices and reconciliation where required.
  • Support the Marketing Events Manager with additional exhibitions and events as required, including research, costings, supplier coordination and event logistics.

General Marketing

  • Prepare clear and comprehensive creative briefs for Creative and Content Creation teams.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, third parties, agencies, suppliers and other partners.

Qualifications

  • Marketing/Business degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and work methodically.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering work to a high standard.
  • Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and following projects through to completion.
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders across different teams, functions and locations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to use initiative.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment is advantageous.
  • Experience in the online casino or gaming industry is advantageous.
  • Previous experience supporting exhibitions or events is advantageous.
