Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Engagement Manager to develop and execute engagement, retention, and brand loyalty across multiple marketing channels. This role will drive positive, consistent brand touchpoints among our network of Partners and their prospects, clients, wholesalers, and advisors.
The Marketing Engagement Manager will collaborate with the Marketing Director and national sales team to deliver best-in-class marketing materials, campaigns, and experiences that generate new leads and support Partner growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a marketing engagement playbook that aligns with sales goals and Partner growth objectives.
- Manage campaign calendars and coordinate cohesive messaging across email, LinkedIn, events, and digital channels.
- Execute and measure Partner email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- Support LinkedIn content strategy, including thought leadership, Partner spotlights, and brand engagement initiatives.
- Lead generation: Develop and manage campaigns that attract and nurture new leads across Strongpoint’s Partner network.
- Support event marketing initiatives, including materials, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Analyze marketing performance, generate reports, and recommend optimizations based on data insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and Partner leadership teams to ensure an exceptional client and prospect experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in marketing, ideally focused on engagement, lifecycle, or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Squarespace, Google Analytics, and related marketing/reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B and/or financial services marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
- Copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Comfort with A/B testing, personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Creative problem-solver with curiosity and humility to learn from subject-matter experts.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Travel Requirements:
- This role may require occasional travel to partner sites across the U.S.
Pay Transparency Statement:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 annually.
At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
