Predactiv is seeking a Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, and lead generation, and growth initiatives. This role owns how Predactiv shows up in the market, defining our positioning, amplifying our voice through thought leadership and industry presence, driving qualified lead growth, and driving measurable business impact across our data and technology offerings.
This is a hands-on role suited for a Marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with execution and thrives in environments where Marketing plays a meaningful role in shaping market perception and driving growth.
Responsibilities:Brand Marketing and Market Presence
- Lead and execute an integrated marketing strategy across brand and demand generation
- Own brand positioning, messaging, PR, thought leadership, and industry presence
- Plan and execute industry conferences, sponsorships, and local sales events to support pipeline, awareness, and generate demand
- Drive content distribution across channels including website, email, social and partner platforms
- Stay informed on trends across AI, digital advertising, privacy, and measurement to inform brand positioning and campaign direction
- Leverage HubSpot and AI tools to improve content workflows, campaign execution and operational efficiency
Demand and Lead Generation
- Own a lead generation strategy and execution to drive growth
- Design and execute demand programs that convert awareness and engagement into measurable outcomes
- Develop and optimize lead capture, nurturing, and follow-up frameworks in collaboration with internal teams
- Continually test, measure, and refine lead generation initiatives based on performance and ROI
Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Drive content and distribution across websites (Predactiv and ShareThis), SEO/AEO, lifecycle email, organic social (with focus on LinkedIn), and paid media, with clear ROI accountability
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI and pipeline contribution
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and KPI reviews; own budgets, forecasting, and spend optimization
Marketing Operations and Cross-Functional Alignment
- Strengthen marketing processes and communications to improve alignment and execution efficiencies
- Manage agencies and vendors, aligning with budgets with accountability to outcomes
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product Leadership to align brand initiatives with key launches and strategic moments
- Deliver actionable insights that provide value to clients and create entry points with prospective customers
- Leverage HubSpot and AI tools to improve content workflows, campaign execution and operational efficiency
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record across brand, demand and lead generation, and PR
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute lead generation programs
- Experience in data, SaaS, MarTech, ad-tech, or technology-driven businesses
- Understanding of SEO and AEO practices
- Proficiency with analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
