Job Description Summary

The Marketing Director, Global Occupier Services (GOS) leads the marketing for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services, our integrated real estate outsourcing and advisory services for corporate occupiers. This global role focuses on understanding and influencing corporate real estate decision-makers, aligning marketing efforts to business priorities, and accelerating revenue growth by strengthening the firm’s market position and sales effectiveness.
The Marketing Director partners closely with Global Occupier Services business and sales leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive, insight-driven marketing strategy that differentiates the GOS business and targets the firm’s highest-value opportunities and enhances client engagement across the pipeline from awareness through pursuit and conversion.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and continuously refine a global marketing strategy aligned to GOS business priorities, revenue goals, and target client segments
  • Support growth acceleration by aligning marketing with business development, account management, and sales enablement to engage clients earlier in the buying journey.
  • Build a deep understanding of corporate real estate outsourcing buyers and personas, including needs, decision drivers, and procurement dynamics, as well as the trends impacting corporate organizations
  • Translate market, client, and competitive insights into actionable marketing strategies and messaging, managing budget and prioritizing spend across campaigns, events and thought leadership efforts 

Business Partnership & Sales Alignment

  • Partner with the GOS Executive Leadership Team to shape strategic priorities, messaging, executive communications, and market-facing initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales teams and bid pursuit team to strengthen sales narratives, tools, and engagement techniques
  • Ensure marketing is fully integrated into the sales process, pipeline development, and conversion in close alignment with pursuits teams
  • Help drive consistency and effectiveness in how GOS’s value is articulated across regions and teams
  • Collaborate with Research, Corporate Marketing and Strategic Consulting teams and other business partners to incorporate data, insights, and thought leadership into marketing efforts

Positioning, Differentiation, Brand and Messaging

  • Continually develop and refine messaging, compelling value propositions, and thought leadership to better position and differentiate GOS in the corporate real estate outsourcing marketplace
  • Ensure Cushman & Wakefield’s brand positioning and messaging are consistently embedded in all GOS marketing outputs
  • Lead content development, supporting GOS executives and the greater business, including keynote presentations, videos, podcasts, social media, reports, and more. 

Strategic Events & Industry Engagement

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of Cushman & Wakefield’s participation in key industry events such as CoreNet Global
  • Partner with Global Occupier Services leadership, sales teams, and internal events/marketing teams to define clear objectives, target audiences, activation plans, client engagement opportunities and success metrics for each event
  • Work directly with CoreNet Global and other industry organizations to shape engagement opportunities that elevate Cushman & Wakefield’s presence and influence within the corporate real estate community
  • Develop integrated event strategies that extend beyond on-site presence, including pre-event targeting, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up to drive client conversations
  • Ensure alignment between event content, thought leadership, and GOS messaging to reinforce differentiation and strategic positioning

Execution & Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals responsible for executing global and regional marketing initiatives
  • Partner with corporate and regional marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns, thought leadership, and content strategies; Act as a connector across regions and service lines to drive consistency and scale
  • Establish clear priorities, workflows, and accountability to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of marketing outputs

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs to measure marketing impact, including pipeline influence, engagement, and conversion
  • Use performance data to continuously refine strategies, optimize spend, and improve outcomes

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or commercial real estate / professional services
  • Experience leading global or multi-region marketing strategies
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization
  • Proven track record partnering with sales organizations to influence pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Experience working with or marketing to corporate real estate / occupier clients preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading industry event strategy (e.g., CoreNet Global or similar associations)

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 140,250.00 - $165,000.00
