Job Description:
We are looking for a high-impact Marketing Designer who lives at the intersection of aesthetic excellence and conversion science. You won't just be designing high-converting ads and building sleek web pages, but also contributing to overall campaign strategy discussions and planning. You understand that a beautiful design is only successful if it performs, and you have the portfolio to prove it.
This is a remote position.
You will be responsible for:
As a visual designer, your responsibilities will include developing campaign narratives, creating ads, landing pages, branding, surveys, and emails. You should be comfortable talking about composition, typography, branding, marketing, and digital tools and products.
- Performance Advertising: Concept and design static and short-form video ads for Meta, Reddit, Google Display, and other platforms.
- Web & Digital Design: Build and maintain conversion-optimized, mobile-first landing pages and web assets that prioritize user experience and conversion.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all assets—from digital displays to print-ready files—adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Full-Funnel Creative: Manage the design process from initial concept/storyboarding to final export and hand-off.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Web Development Foundations: Strong expertise in HTML/CSS and a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
- Webflow Expert: Experience building and launching complex sites natively in Webflow.
- Ad Platform Fluency: A portfolio showcasing high-performing ads specifically for Meta and Google Display.
- Technical Email Design: Proven experience designing and testing emails that work across all major clients (Outlook, Gmail, etc.).
- AI-Augmented Workflow: Familiarity with generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E) to speed up concepting and asset generation.
Bonus Points (The Nice-to-Haves):
- Data-Driven Design: Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and how to iterate on creative based on performance metrics.
- Healthcare Experience: Familiarity with MLR (Medical/Legal/Regulatory) review processes and industry compliance standards.
- UI/UX Prototyping: Experience in Figma to map out user journeys before moving into Webflow development.
- Print Readiness: Ability to prep digital files for physical production (CMYK, bleeds, dielines).
Education/Experience:
- A minimum of four years of professional experience in designing brand identities, web content for desktop and mobile, and marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.

Salary Range: $65k-$80,000
