About the RoleAs a Marketing Designer, you’ll play a critical role in bringing our brand to life through compelling visual content. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape creative assets that drive engagement, elevate our brand presence, and support our growth objectives across multiple marketing channels.
How you’ll make an impactVisual Content Creation: Designing and developing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with Limble’s brand guidelines and style standards to maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Collaboration: Working closely with marketing teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on creative needs.
Concept Development: Generating creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and visual storytelling.
Design Execution: Deliver polished, visually appealing designs that are optimized for different marketing channels and platforms.
Project Management: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering projects on time.
Optimize Design Performance: Use data to refine creative assets and improve engagement.
3-5+ years of experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup or a growth-stage company.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.), digital design principles, and knowledge of various design formats.
Creative Skills: Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas, both verbally and visually.
Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, branding, and target audience engagement.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify design challenges and develop creative solutions.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design work.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Prior experience working with established brand guidelines
Knowledge of web content management systems (Webflow and WordPress)
$80,000 - $105,000, depending on experience
