We’re looking for a Marketing Designer (Contract) to create high-impact visuals across our sales and marketing efforts. This role will work closely with marketing and sales partners to translate strategy into compelling, effective design that drives engagement, performance, and brand consistency.
What You'll Do:Design visually compelling marketing collateral, including:
Sales decks and presentation slides
Webinar decks and supporting visuals
Digital ads across paid and organic channels
Social, email, and light print collateral as needed
Create reusable templates and scalable design systems with clear variations for different use cases.
Support marketing campaigns by translating strategy and insights into clear, effective design.
Collaborate on A/B testing and iterate on creative to improve engagement and performance.
Maintain and evolve QA Wolf’s brand standards across all assets.
Organize, refine, and extend our brand assets and visual language.
A self-starter who can work autonomously and manage projects end-to-end.
Strong visual judgment and attention to detail, especially in layout, typography, and hierarchy.
Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain and stand behind design decisions.
Comfort working in ambiguity and helping define direction when requirements are not fully formed.
A collaborative mindset with experience working alongside marketing, sales, and cross-functional partners.
Genuine curiosity about design, the internet, trends, and culture.
Bonus: Experience designing for B2B SaaS or high-growth startups.
Hourly Rate: $60–$90/hour
