Position Summary:
Hillwood Investments Properties (HIP) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team in Dallas, Texas. The Marketing Coordinator serves as the regional marketing partner for HIP’s North and West operations, covering Southern California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey/New York, and Midwest markets. This role executes property marketing, broker engagement materials, and regional communications that directly support leasing velocity and deal flow. The position coordinates with Market Leaders and Transaction Associates across assigned regions to produce high-quality collateral and marketing deliverables on timeline and to standard.
This is an execution-intensive role requiring the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across geographically distributed teams, maintain institutional quality standards, and operate within established processes and playbooks. The Marketing Coordinator works within a small, high-functioning department where reliability, precision, and collaborative professionalism are non-negotiable.
Responsibilities:
Property Marketing & Collateral Production
- Produce and manage property brochures, site plans, leasing decks, and RFP response materials for assigned regional markets.
- Coordinate with Market Leaders Transaction Associates and development teams to gather project data, photography, renderings, and specifications for marketing deliverables.
- Execute brochure kickoff processes, design reviews, and approval workflows in accordance with department standards.
- Maintain and update existing collateral as properties progress through development, lease-up, and stabilization phases.
- Support data center marketing collateral production as this product type expands across the portfolio.
Regional LinkedIn & Digital Content
- Execute regional LinkedIn campaigns aligned with the department’s structured content calendar and engagement strategy.
- Draft and coordinate property-specific and milestone posts for regional audiences, ensuring consistency with HIP’s brand voice and LinkedIn guidelines.
- Track engagement metrics and report on regional campaign performance as part of quarterly reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination & Regional Support
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned regional offices, building productive working relationships with Market Leaders, Transaction Associates, and development professionals.
- Respond to ad hoc marketing requests from regional stakeholders with appropriate urgency and quality.
- Coordinate photography programs, signage, and visual asset production for regional properties.
- Support case study development by gathering project narratives, tenant information, and performance data from regional teams.
Operational Excellence & Process Adherence
- Execute all work within department systems including Asana (task management), Salesforce (relationship data), Adobe Suite (material development), and Box Drive (document collaboration).
- Maintain self-QC standards on all deliverables before submission for review.
- Contribute to the Availabilities Report production and distribution process.
- Support event logistics and hospitality coordination as needed for regional events and broker appreciation programs.
Enterprise Contributions
- Participate in department reading and professional development programs.
- Contribute to enterprise marketing initiatives including website content, corporate responsibility reporting, and cross-regional projects as assigned.
- Support Broadmoor and other signature hospitality programs with collateral production and logistics coordination.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong written communication skills with careful attention to brand consistency and editorial quality.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines across distributed teams.
- Professional presence with the ability to build credibility and trust with business leaders and external partners.
- Strong execution discipline, delivering quality work on time with minimal oversight.
- Ability to operate effectively within established systems and standardized workflows.
- Capacity to coordinate across multiple markets and prioritize competing regional demands.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support teammates and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities when needed.
- Commitment to accuracy, self-review, and high-quality standards before deliverables reach internal or external audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, or comparable tools).
- Experience with LinkedIn campaign management, social media content strategy, photography coordination, visual asset management, and/or RFP preparation is preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial real estate, logistics, institutional investment marketing, or a related industry preferred.
- Experience working within professional services, real estate development, or similarly deadline-driven environments preferred.
- Exposure to collaborative, small-team environments where individual ownership and accountability are essential.
- Real Estate industry experience strongly preferred.
