Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns, managing projects, and coordinating various marketing activities within our Healthcare EdTech company. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to ensure the successful implementation of omni-channel marketing strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Support Marketing Managers in executing marketing campaigns, managing projects, and coordinating various marketing activities to achieve business objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of omni-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and other channels.
- Coordinate and execute marketing projects, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Execute the content marketing plan as outlined by the Content Marketing Manager and Marketing Managers, including content creation, editing, and publishing.
- Oversee social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with followers; ensure campaigns are executed on time and assist with tracking campaign performance.
- Manage the execution and segmentation of daily email campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives for enhanced lead generation results. Implement strategies to attract and retain customers, including targeted campaigns and personalized communication efforts.
- Work closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring alignment with the company's brand guidelines.
- Support Marketing Managers in monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure workflows, social media campaigns, and other marketing efforts support direct mail initiatives and other strategic objectives.
- Execute tasks such as posting podcasts and creating promotional codes, ensuring seamless implementation and timely delivery.
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or ed-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies and campaign execution. Experience in content creation, management, and distribution across digital and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Knowledge of Hubspot, marketing automation tools, and project management software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory aspects related to healthcare education is a plus.
