About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content development, and day-to-day activities across our client accounts and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to contribute to a variety of marketing projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is a remote position, but our office can be utilized if work-from-office is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and help execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (social,
  • email, web, and paid media)
  • Assist in developing and managing content calendars across platforms
  • Create and publish engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, and visuals
  • Edit and set up blog articles for publish
  • Design graphics using Canva and help coordinate external creative resources as needed
  • Collaborate with owners and team members to support marketing strategy and brand initiatives
  • Monitor content and campaign performance and assist in compiling reports
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and content materials
  • Use project management tools to keep tasks organized and on schedule
  • Conduct research to support campaign planning and clienta initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing support or coordination (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong social media and content creation skills
  • Experience with blog writing and/or editing and/or publishing with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify
  • Proficient in Canva and/or other design tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across projects
  • Comfortable working in a remote position and show progress through metrics
  • Must be located in Colorado

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experiencing writing and publishing blogs
  • Experience editing blogs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field — or equivalent workexperience
  • Experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday)
  • Experience using Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, and various pagebuilders
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content creation or productivity
  • Work Environment & Expectations
  • You’ll report directly to one of two owners
  • Flexible working hours are allowed, as long as responsibilities are met
  • We prefer team members to work during standard business hours to maximizecollaboration

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Supporting timely and effective execution of campaigns
  • Contributing to KPIs related to content engagement and campaign performance
  • Demonstrating initiative and consistent follow-through on tasks and projects
