We’re looking for a detail-driven, forward-thinking Marketing Coordinator who can take projects from A to Z with strong organizational and logistical skills. This role is ideal for a Type A problem-solver who anticipates next steps, keeps the team aligned, and ensures flawless execution across campaigns, events, and partnerships. While operational excellence is the top priority, you’ll also bring creative skills in social media, short-form video, and content editing to help amplify our brand and community.

What You’ll Do

Project & Program Management

  • Manage ClickUp project boards to keep marketing initiatives organized, tracked, and delivered on time
  • Coordinate across team members and departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
  • Support campaign planning by surfacing details, blockers, and next steps to keep the team aligned

Campaign, Event & Partnership Support

  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, webinars, and partner activations
  • Manage communications with vendors, speakers, and partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Own pre-event checklists and post-event wrap-ups to ensure learnings and process improvements

Marketing Operations

  • Build, QA, and launch email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot or similar tools
  • Track and report on performance metrics across email, social, and campaign touchpoints
  • Help implement testing and improvements to drive stronger engagement

Content & Social Media

  • Assist in creating and scheduling social content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Capture and edit short-form video to spotlight Saltbox members and bring our community to life
  • Support campaigns with light graphic design, image sourcing, copy editing, and repurposing content
What You Bring

Marketing & Content Coordination: You have 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or digital content creation, whether through full-time roles, internships, or personal/creator projects. You know how to keep messaging on-brand and campaigns moving forward.

Organizational Excellence: You thrive in fast-moving environments and keep people, tasks, and timelines aligned. You communicate clearly and always have an eye on the next step.

Project Management Tools: You’re comfortable with tools like ClickUp (or similar) and can manage tasks, priorities, and timelines without needing hand-holding.

Short-Form Video & Social Savvy: You’re fluent in content trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You know what makes content perform and how to adapt creative to fit the platform.

Creative Execution: You’re familiar with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite, and can produce light-touch design and video editing to support campaigns and social storytelling.

Marketing Ops & Tools: You’ve worked with HubSpot (or are quick to learn) and understand how to build and test basic emails, workflows, and lists.

Location & Travel Readiness: You’re based near a Saltbox location,(Atlanta, Washington DC, Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Denver, or Seattle) and are open to light travel (1–2x per quarter) for events, member content capture, or team collaboration.
