As a Marketing Coordinator at FACE FOUNDRIÉ, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining tracking program for popups, sponsorships, and events for all Denver stores including partner outreach, scheduling, assigning attendance, follow-up, and reporting results to management.
  • Point of contact for local marketing agency and media partners.
  • Manage local FACE FOUNDRIÉ Instagram, Yelp, Google Ads, and Google pages
  • Respond to all client comments received from Google, Instagram, and Yelp
  • Responsible for requesting products, swag, giveaways, and other materials needed for events and popups
  • Development of Member Events for all locations (quarterly) including setting themes, communication, marketing, planning, and execution.
  • Distribute Member newsletter monthly
  • Coordinating social media posting of all corporate provided assets and organic in market content 4-5 times weekly.
  • Managing donations including distributing requested product, collecting organization and tax documentation, and tracking all donations made by all stores.
  • Oversee AXLE marketing texts and email campaigns
  • Post schedule openings for all locations
  • Maintaining inventory of marketing material and supplies needed to support events including printed material, give away inventory, samples, and décor
  • Marketing point of contact for the Chamber of Commerce of Denver, Cherry Creek North Association, Wellness Collective, Beauty Boost Denver, Inspired Warrior Collective and any other organizational and sponsorship partners.
  • Work with landlords and local business groups to plan participation in neighborhood events.
  • Partner development with organizations, potential popup opportunities, and relationship outreach to apartments, athletic clubs, wellness studios, hotels, wedding planners and bridal shops, and any other potential groups within 5 miles of any Denver location.
  • Monthly newsletter to employees highlighting events, store updates, marketing updates, and promotions.
  • Bi-weekly update meeting with owner and manager(s) regarding status of marketing efforts
  • Coordinating esthetician/front bar content creation as needed.
  • Manage all requests for BLVD discount codes

Hours: 15-18 hours per week, 3-4 hours per week in stores and the rest remote

All of these responsibilities are to be coordinated and executed with the marketing associate in MN, the Area Manager, and Ownership.
