The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting B2B marketing initiatives for Avex’s internal agency brand and client retention marketing efforts. This is an agency-side role, working across multiple eCommerce brands, and requires prior experience in B2B marketing—particularly within an agency or similar environment.
A significant portion of this role involves high-quality copywriting for B2B audiences. You’ll write and edit content for client campaigns, agency marketing, and partner initiatives—everything from blog posts and case studies to email campaigns and event promotions—ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, engages a professional audience, and supports strategic goals.
Key Internal Responsibilities- Coordinate B2B-focused advertising campaigns, schedule posts, manage event logistics, track budgets, and write blogs tailored to agency and partner audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies that promote the agency’s services and highlight expertise in the eCommerce space.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, particularly in the B2B eCommerce sector.
- Create compelling content—blogs, case studies, presentations—that showcases Avex’s value to prospective and current clients.
- Manage the agency’s digital presence, update website content, coordinate B2B social media posts, and support email marketing campaigns.
- Develop content briefs for client email campaigns with a focus on B2B retention marketing strategies.
- Write and schedule B2B email campaigns, ensuring messages are targeted, persuasive, and aligned with client goals.
- Segment email lists, conduct A/B testing, and ensure compliance with email best practices.
- Assist in planning B2B-focused webinars, workshops, conferences, and partner events.
- Write promotional copy and follow-up communications to engage prospects before, during, and after events.
- Support partnership initiatives with eCommerce platforms, technology providers, and industry associations, crafting content for joint marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze KPIs for B2B campaigns and content performance.
- Prepare reports to inform data-driven improvements in marketing strategy.

- You have proven B2B marketing experience—ideally in an agency setting.
- You're a strong copywriter
- You're familiar with various Email Service Providers, such as Klaviyo
- You're familiar with Shopify and Shopify Partners
- You will travel for events
