We are looking for an experienced Marketing Consultant or Agency to help us assess and improve long-tail sales performance for a premium game that has been live for several years. • Present findings to the team and support implementation planning as needed

Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze sales and performance data and translate it into clear marketing actions

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to a small cross-functional team

  • Experience developing actionable go-to-market, relaunch, or lifecycle marketing strategies

  • Familiarity with paid and organic marketing channels (store features, newsletters, social media, creators, PR, etc.)

Pluses
  • Direct experience with Steam store optimization and visibility systems

  • Experience running or advising discount strategy, bundles, and seasonal promotion planning

  • Familiarity with influencer/creator outreach strategy for indie or mid-sized titles

  • Experience with platform relationship management (Valve, Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft, Apple, etc.)

  • Experience creating campaigns/strategies within IP stakeholder requirements and approvals

  • Knowledge of UA, attribution, or paid campaign optimization (even if not the primary focus)

  • Experience with live game content beats and reactivation strategies

Engagement Details
  • Contract role (project-based or hourly depending on scope)

  • Flexible schedule

  • Remote friendly

  • Expected deliverables include an audit + recommendations report and a prioritized long-tail sales roadmap
