We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Consultant to lead the credit education and social media channels for our APAC Marketing team. This role focuses on driving credit education initiatives and managing social media strategies in Hong Kong and the Philippines. You will play a critical part in ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and engagement through content creation, campaign execution, and stakeholder coordination.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with emphasis in marketing, business, or communications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Knowledge of marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, CMS and WorkFront is a plus
- Excellent communications and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attentive to detail and independent in program execution
- A personality that thrives on change and a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A strong team player and leader who is eager to learn and willing to take ownership of projects in local or international market
- Strong command of English and Chinese language, verbal or written
- Familiar with matrix reporting and global operating model
- Used to collaborate with other internal functions under different time zones
Impact You'll Make:
- Social Media Management
- Execute content strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for Hong Kong and the Philippines
- Deliver 8-15 posts per month per platform
- Work closely with agency and internal stakeholders around the globe to develop and publish compliant content on a regular basis
- Monitor community engagement to ensure timely responses, and post performances
- Content Creation
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compliant credit education content, including landing page, e-newsletter and social media posts
- Project Management
- Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams for website updates and campaign execution
- Performance Reporting
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics
- Weekly reporting and documentations
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and ROI
