Job DescriptionAs a Lead Marketing Compliance Analyst you will support establishing the North American Compliance function through process and procedure outlining.
As a member of the Brand Team you will ensure the company is adhering to regulations for the gaming industry as expansion continues. You will partner closely with the global compliance and legal teams along with the state regulators to ensure adherence to rules and regulations. Your work will support building the foundation of this function and will guide our other Marketing teams to ensure compliance for our customer facing materials.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
The salary for this role $80,000 to $95,000 annually.
Qualifications- Previous experience in the gaming industry or experience in the legal field is strongly preferred.
- High level of detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for consulting with internal teams, external agencies, and regulators.
- Proven experience in cross collaboration with various stakeholder groups through meetings and informational sessions.
- Knowledge about the gaming industry and regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing tasks and projects, including planning and executing audits or reviews.
- Capability to analyze information and develop solutions or recommendations based on findings and observations.
- Acting as the main marketing point of contact for regulators to ensure update to date information on guidelines and submitting advertising for review and approval.
- Leading audits requested by state regulators.
- Maintaining all existing disclaimers/terms & conditions and provide recommendations on updates as needed.
- Developing guidance such as new terms & conditions, disclaimers, or marketing guides for the team.
- Staying up to date with the latest guidance from regulators on disclaimers/ terms & conditions.
- Reviewing marketing assets in feedback sessions through a compliance lens.
- Consulting with the external creative agency to offer guidance on creative through a compliance lens.
- Providing feedback throughout the campaign planning process to ensure adherence to all regulations.
- Maintaining relationships with the US Compliance team, US Legal Team, and Global Marketing Compliance to ensure seamless communication and implementation of updates.
- Working directly with stakeholders on the North America marketing team to ensure all channels are properly adhering to and educated about all applicable regulations.
- Reviewing internal audits and provide feedback and direction to stakeholders.
- Presenting audit findings back to team as necessary.
