Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the company’s solutions and brand presence across key markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, communications, and brand management, with the ability to design campaigns, produce content, and coordinate industry outreach to support business development and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
Track marketing KPIs and report results to leadership.
Content Creation & Management
Create marketing materials including case studies, brochures, presentations, and social media content.
Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligns with brand standards.
Collaborate with internal teams for accurate technical and product content.
Brand Management
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Monitor brand presence and identify opportunities to strengthen visibility.
Event Coordination
Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and client events.
Support promotional activities and industry engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content creation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing or government contracting environments.
Familiarity with marketing analytics, social media, and campaign tracking tools.
