The Role

The Marketing Campaign Manager is an essential role within our Demand Generation organization. This role is responsible for testing, developing a perspective on, and scaling, our demand generation marketing efforts. Through close collaboration with your marketing and SDR partners, you’ll help the organization understand the early buying journey signals and subsequently architect and manage programs that will generate quality inbound interest from our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). 

Our ideal candidate will have a curious mindset and a knack for finding insights while they conceptualize multichannel programs that convert. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multichannel demand generation marketing campaigns (including but not limited to paid media, email nurture, retargeting, webinars) 
  • Collaborate with your partners in content creation to develop an actionable and conversion-centric content plan
  • Partner with paid media experts on bringing digital marketing offers to life across channels 
  • Develop segmentation strategies, using knowledge of our ICP persona and technology stack 
  • Continuously refine what’s working and what’s not, thinking ahead to future quarters and campaigns 
  • Contribute to forecasting rigor using knowledge of channel performance

  • Pride in building high-converting marketing programs that enable sales to be their best
  • A knowledge of channel mix for demand gen and a willingness to test new ones
  • Accountability for metrics that drive inbound hand-raisers 
  • Proven experience partnering with channel/media partners and sales development teams to continually improve programs 
  • Exposure and a point of view on campaign flighting and strategy
