About The Role:
As a Marketing Campaign Manager at Fingerprint, you'll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our event and webinar campaigns from start to finish. You'll be responsible for delivering measurable results and continuously optimizing campaign performance. You'll work closely with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Design, Sales, and Operations to launch campaigns that run smoothly, stay on schedule, and deliver a great experience for prospects and customers.
You'll be responsible for building emails and landing pages, coordinating campaign assets, managing webinar logistics, and ensuring every campaign is executed with attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, enjoys owning projects, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end execution of webinar and event marketing campaigns
- Build, QA, and launch emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot
- Coordinate campaign timelines and keep stakeholders aligned on deliverables and deadlines
- Manage webinar logistics, including registration pages, reminder emails, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up
- Build and launch supporting campaigns across email and paid channels
- Partner with Design and Content teams to ensure campaign assets are delivered on schedule
- Partner with the BDR team to align event follow-up, lead activation, and post-event outreach
- Build pre-event target lists and audience segments to support campaign execution
- Own campaign reporting and performance analysis, maintaining accurate data in HubSpot and Salesforce while turning insights into recommendations for optimization.
- Own campaign QA before launch to ensure emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows are working as expected
- Support campaign optimization by testing new ideas and identifying opportunities to improve event performance.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B campaign marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or a similar marketing role
- Experience building emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot
- Familiarity with Salesforce and how marketing campaigns are managed in a CRM
- You have a test-and-learn mindset—you never settle for "good enough" and are constantly experimenting with new tactics, channels, and messaging to improve results.
- Some experience supporting paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, or similar platforms)
- Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Role requires proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom Webinar, and Asana
Compensation & Transparency
For US-based employees, the cash compensation range for this role is $55,000 – $65,000. We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. However, these ranges are specific to the hiring location and may differ within or outside the US. Offers vary depending on, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications/licenses, skills, training, and market conditions.

Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas.
