Marketing Campaign Associate - epocrates

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Associate to join the Marketing team within our epocrates division. In this role, the Marketing Campaign Associate will play a critical role in planning, executing, and reporting on B2B marketing campaigns. This individual will work to utilize their expertise in executing multi-channel campaigns and utilizing marketing data will be key to achieving positive outcomes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a remote-first environment and has a background in B2B software marketing. The Team: epocrates, Inc., an athenahealth company, is recognized for developing the #1 medical application among U.S. physicians for clinical content, practice tools, and health industry engagement at the point of care. epocrates has established a loyal network of more than one million health care professionals, including 50 percent of U.S. physicians, who routinely use its intuitive solutions to help streamline workflow and improve patient care. Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and report on marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Support event planning and execution for both in-person and virtual events.

  • Develop creative briefs for new campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective copy and creative assets.

  • Work closely with the martech owner to deploy campaigns, track metrics, and optimize performance.

  • Create sales toolkits for the programs and share them with the sales team.

  • Provide ongoing reporting and insights to stakeholders.

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing.

  • Proven experience working autonomously and delivering results, with remote-first experience highly desirable.

  • Previous experience working in a B2B software marketing team.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
