Why This Role is Different (Data Mastery with Direct Strategic Impact)
We are seeking a highly technical Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst who bridges the gap between front-end web development, marketing technology (MarTech) integrations, and deep data analytics.
Unlike standard analysts who only report on data, you will own the technical entry points and pipelines of our growth engine. You will maintain and build custom features on our Webflow site using modern JavaScript and HTML, manage our HubSpot CRM integrations, and design automated SQL/Python pipelines that feed the central AnswersNow Lead Tracker. You will have a direct seat at the table in weekly commercial growth meetings, presenting pipeline findings and pitching strategic spend reallocations directly to the CCO and Director of Performance Marketing.
Job Requirements
2+ years of experience in marketing operations, business intelligence, or web-focused data analytics.
Strong front-end coding skills: Proficiency in modern JavaScript and HTML is a strict requirement, specifically applied to custom development and styling within Webflow.
MarTech Stack Fluency: Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (integration, field mapping, form building) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Data Analytics Stack: Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SQL and Python with the ability to query databases and run basic ETL/automation scripts.
Analytical Rigor: Advanced spreadsheet modeling (Excel/Google Sheets) and experience with cloud data infrastructures like Databricks or BI platforms.
Conversion Optimization Mindset: Prior experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to improve digital funnels.
Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills: A proven ability to take messy, unstructured multi-channel marketing data and translate it into clear, executive-ready frameworks and strategic recommendations.
Understanding of client intake funnels, digital acquisition, and multi-touch attribution modeling
Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities.
Preferred / Nice-to-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, business analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Familiarity with digital health, telehealth, or behavioral health services (especially ABA therapy or autism care models).
What You’ll Do
1. Webflow Development & Web Maintenance (Primary Focus)
Front-End Web Development: Serve as the technical owner of the AnswersNow website, using modern JavaScript and HTML inside Webflow to build, maintain, and optimize custom landing pages, dynamic content sections, and user interactions.
MarTech Tagging & Pixel Management: Manage and implement tracking pixels, custom scripts, and event tags across the entire site using Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring flawless conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Design, build, and execute structured A/B tests (for headlines, page layouts, and user flows) to continuously improve the conversion rate of web traffic into active clinical leads.
2. CRM & HubSpot Integration
HubSpot CRM Pipeline Ownership: Own the technical integration between Webflow and HubSpot, ensuring all user activities, form submissions, and lead statuses map perfectly and instantaneously.
Lead Capture & Form Building: Design, build, and test high-converting, smart lead capture forms that capture key demographic and insurance details without creating friction for families.
3. SQL/Python Pipelines & The Lead Tracker
Pipeline Automation: Maintain and build automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, or Databricks to aggregate marketing, CRM (HubSpot), and internal portal data into the central AnswersNow Company Lead Tracker.
Strategic Insights Autonomy: Deeply analyze lead volume, CAC trends, channel velocities, and B2B provider referral patterns to proactively pitch optimization ideas and budget shifts directly to the CCO.
4. Sales Operations & Incentive Management
Sales Performance Support: Analyze sales representatives' performance against their specific incentive and commission plans to ensure alignment with commercial goals for discussion with sales leadership.
