Our Mission

Eden is committed to tackling America’s metabolic health crisis by educating the public on its challenges and providing access to proven, science-backed treatments. With over 80 million Americans affected and $600 billion in annual medical costs attributed to metabolic disorders, we aim to empower people to improve their health and maintain lasting results. Our simple yet powerful goal: transform lives through education and effective, outcomes-driven care.

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Marketing & Business Development Specialist for Eden Health Club to create and drive local business alliances that directly fuel our membership growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will identify, design, and implement partnership programs with local businesses (chiropractors, schools, gyms, etc.) that turn into sustainable referral streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Execute Partnership Programs: Develop and roll out tailored partnership models that include clear referral incentives and performance tracking.
  • Drive Measurable Growth: Achieve specific targets for new member acquisitions through these partnerships within the first 90 days and beyond.
  • Full Cycle Ownership: From initial outreach to ongoing management, take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle, ensuring each collaboration is effective and scalable.
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Initiative: Proven track record in business development or partnership roles, ideally with a strong local network or the ability to rapidly build one.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to both conceptualize partnership strategies and execute them end-to-end.
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on hitting concrete KPIs and driving real revenue impact.

Apply now if you’re ready to build something extraordinary.
