Hello Heart is seeking a highly motivated and creatively driven Marketing Associate to support our Enterprise Marketing team. Reporting to the (Senior) Director, Enterprise Marketing, this associate-level role blends strong visual design skills—especially in Google Slides—with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to B2B audiences.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in both the left-brained world of precision and deadlines and the right-brained world of storytelling and visual creativity. Strong organizational skills are key in this role, as you'll help manage a growing library of content and ensure assets stay accurate and up to date. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer who loves turning ideas into polished, high-impact deliverables that help our Sales and Marketing teams drive pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications:- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Slides and basic design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficiency in Asana or other project management tools.
- Familiarity with Highspot a bonus but not required.
- Strong written communication skills; ability to tailor content for professional audiences.
- Experience supporting enterprise B2B marketing or sales teams a plus.
- Familiarity with employer health benefits or digital health is a bonus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Design sales & marketing materials: Create clean, on-brand slides and collateral that support Sales and Marketing efforts. Maintain and update our library of presentations and templates. You are equally comfortable designing a slide deck and writing a pithy headline.
- Craft content: Write and refine short-form B2B content like invites, ads, and one-pagers—aligned with our brand voice and tone. Yo u can translate stakeholder ideas and concepts into visually compelling and engaging slides and content. You have a strong attention to detail and love turning rough outlines into polished, professional work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Brand teams to ensure assets meet real-time needs and messaging stays consistent.
- Manage assets: Keep our content library organized and current in Google Drive and Highspot. Ensure teams can easily access the latest materials.
- Stay organized & on track: Prioritize requests, manage timelines, and iterate on deliverables based on feedback to ensure high-quality, timely execution. You excel at managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
