This role is remote within the United States.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support marketing campaigns and events focused on B2B technology and services in the entertainment production industry. You’ll ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines by applying strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Your responsibilities will include building emails and workflows in HubSpot, leveraging AI tools, managing lists and reports, and coordinating event logistics. You will also write and respond to external emails, create marketing content such as blog posts and social media updates, and conduct research on industry trends.
Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance and help maintain databases, project templates, and timelines. You will work daily in HubSpot, Asana, and Google Workspace. Success in this role requires clear communication, reliable follow-up, and effective collaboration within a creative, supportive team.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU- Campaign Execution & Collaboration: Support campaign set-up and execution by building emails and workflows in HubSpot, maintaining lists, and coordinating event logistics, always working closely with teammates to meet our goals.
- Quality & Attention to Detail: Consistently produce accurate, complete work and take pride in delivering polished materials. Use checklists and resources provided to review your work and support team-wide quality standards.
- Communication & Clarity: Communicate openly and clearly with both the team and stakeholders. Ask questions or seek clarification when needed, and keep others updated on your progress.
- Accountability & Growth Mindset: Be proactive in taking ownership of your tasks and deadlines. Welcome and apply feedback, and always look for ways to develop your skills and improve processes.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Monitor key marketing metrics such as website traffic, email engagement, and lead generation. Prepare clear, concise reports that summarize results and provide actionable insights.
- Content & Creative Support: Contribute to the creation and review of marketing materials such as blog posts, social media, newsletters, and website content, ensuring everything is engaging, on-brand, and ready for publication.
- Research & Industry Awareness: Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity to inform campaigns and support team decision-making.
- Administrative & Project Organization: Help maintain organized project files, schedules, and marketing databases. Support project timelines and coordinate with vendors and colleagues to keep everything on track.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in marketing
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a habit of reviewing your work and using available resources
- Excellent written and verbal communicator who’s comfortable seeking clarification when needed
- Accountable, proactive, and flexible, with a willingness to learn and grow from feedback
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for email marketing or a similar CRM system required
- Experience with Asana and Google Workspace preferred
