The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing & Visual Experience Lead for the North America region to bring UGG to life across wholesale, DTC, and experiential moments. This role will be responsible for executing immersive, cohesive environments and experiences that elevate the brand’s identity while maintaining alignment with the global vision. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, storytelling, and consumer engagement, leveraging visual and experiential elements to evoke emotion and build deeper connections with the UGG audience.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Brand Storytelling & Experience Design: Support and execute immersive brand experiences (such as Feel House, UGG Season), that enhance brand storytelling through design, creating visually compelling environments across all UGG spaces. 
  • Retail & Wholesale Visual Execution: Partner with wholesale marketing and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing stories and expression across all consumer touchpoints, from in-store windows, displays to pop-ups and experiential activations. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the global retail brand expression and marketing teams, regional marketing and retail teams and outside agencies to ensure visual and experiential consistency across all initiatives. 
  • Seasonal Implementation: Support and execute seasonal marketing initiatives across retail and experiential marketing, ensuring alignment with key product and brand priorities. 
  • Visual Merchandising Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of best-in-class visual merchandising strategies that reinforce the UGG brand identity while driving commercial results. 
  • Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends in retail design, experiential marketing, and visual storytelling to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the brand. 
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate the impact of visual and experiential initiatives, leveraging insights to optimize future activations and enhance consumer engagement.

$70,000 - $75,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
