Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing content and information systems (e.g., client information, staff bios, project descriptions, etc.).
Lead or support the preparation and production of qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and interview materials.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling content and visual materials that support business development goals.
Create and design marketing materials, including proposals, awards submissions, presentation abstracts, and more.
Support internal and external communications initiatives in coordination with the Corporate Communications Team.
Research target markets, clients, and competitors to inform strategic marketing efforts.
Ensure all work products meet high standards of quality, consistency, and compliance.
Actively collaborate with fellow marketing and technical team members to continuously improve marketing deliverables and processes.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with public agency procurement processes (e.g., NYCDDC, MTA, PANYNJ).
Demonstrated ability to translate technical jargon into clear, persuasive messaging
Ability to interpret and respond strategically to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other solicitation documents.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
A proactive, resourceful mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, polished work.
Creative thinking with the ability to conceptualize and implement strategic marketing approaches.
Enthusiastic team player who shares knowledge and learns from others.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of marketing or communications experience, ideally within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) required.
Understanding of SharePoint
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Deltek Vision, is a plus.
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $80,000 – $90,000 annually for this position and local market.
