As Marketing Analytics Manager, you will own the full marketing intelligence cycle across all 14 of our markets, from reliable web tracking and clean data collection to decision-driven dashboards, incrementality measurement, and the steering logic our growth teams rely on. Based in Berlin, you will be the person who ensures marketing decisions are grounded in accurate data, and you will help answer where the next Euro of media spend should go to maximise revenue, margin, and efficiency. This is a role with genuine scope to build the marketing analytics function and grow into senior analytics leadership as PERGOLUX expands.

PERGOLUX designs and delivers premium, Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, from pergolas to garden furniture, directly to consumers. With around 300 employees and roughly €200M in revenue, we have grown consistently across Europe and beyond, and our marketing team combines performance marketing with rigorous data work.

What You'll Do

- Own marketing tracking quality and measurement reliability across all markets, setting up and auditing GTM, GA4, ad platform pixels, server-side tracking, conversion APIs, UTMs, and event taxonomy for clean, GDPR-compliant data across Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, and CRM.

- Design, build, and automate dashboards in tools such as Looker and AI-assisted reporting workflows that explain what is happening, why, and what action to take, and own the metric definitions that make them the single source of truth.

- Design and run structured incrementality tests, including geo-lift tests, holdout tests, and pre/post analyses, to measure the true marginal impact of media spend, promotions, channels, and campaigns.

- Partner with the Marketing Operations Lead and Head of Marketing to define budget allocation frameworks across Google, Meta, SEO, affiliates, and email, and translate data on traffic, cohorts, funnels, and creative performance into clear growth recommendations for country managers and leadership.

- Set analytics standards, documentation, and best practices, support and improve our MCP and data connector ecosystem, and challenge misleading metrics so decisions rest on sound data.

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Web Analytics, or Growth Analytics, ideally within D2C e-commerce, with hands-on knowledge of GTM, GA4, e-commerce data layers, pixels, server-side tracking, UTMs, and conversion APIs.

- High proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud data warehouses and multiple marketing, CRM, and e-commerce data sources.

- Solid understanding of attribution, incrementality, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, CAC, ROAS, MER, contribution margin, and payback.

- A strong statistical mindset with practical experience designing A/B tests, geo-lift tests, holdout tests, or conversion lift studies, and the communication skills to turn analytical topics into clear guidance for marketing and leadership.

- Bonus: experience with AI-assisted analytics, API connectors, automated reporting, or marketing data infrastructure.
