Chewy is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join the Chewy Ads team. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations to deliver analytics that inform business decisions, support product development, and improve performance across Chewy's offsite advertising network.
The Senior Product Analyst will focus on translating business needs into actionable insights, building and maintaining high-quality dashboards, and supporting revenue-driving initiatives through strong analytical execution and deep understanding of the ads ecosystem. This role requires the ability to work independently on complex analyses while collaborating cross-functionally to influence outcomes through data. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation, experience in digital or performance marketing, and a passion for using data to improve products and business results.

The base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $176,000.

What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of key analytics initiatives related to Chewy Ads offsite products and systems
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights that inform product and business decisions
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations to shape analytics requirements and support product releases and operational processes
- Drive yield optimization efforts across the Chewy Ads offsite network through data analysis and performance monitoring
- Build, own, and maintain business and system dashboards that enable stakeholders to track performance and identify opportunities
- Leverage domain knowledge of the ads ecosystem to identify and support revenue-
generating features, experiments, and projects - Serve as a trusted analytics partner by answering complex questions requiring end-of-end understanding of data flows and system behavior
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at varying levels, providing data-backed recommendations
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering,
Finance, Economics, or similar) - 5-8 years of relevant analytics or data experience; ads, marketing, or ecommerce analytics preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools such as: Snowflake,Tableau,Airflow, Tableau Prep, and Office 365
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations that support business decision-making
- Ability to independently structure analytical problems and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Solid understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing concepts
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a matrixed, cross-functional
environment - Customer-first mindset and passion for improving end-to-end experience through data

The base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $176,000.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
