- Set the vision and strategic direction for the Corporate Campus Workplace sector.
- Anticipate and respond to evolving trends in work, technology, sustainability, and corporate real estate.
- Elevate the firm’s profile as a leader in corporate campus innovation through thought leadership, speaking, writing, and client engagement.
Strategic Growth & Business Leadership
- Create and lead multi-year business plans that drive growth, differentiation, and market leadership.
- Shape business development strategies that align design vision with client and market opportunity.
- Cultivate executive-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to corporate leadership teams.
- Partner with firm leadership to meet and exceed revenue, backlog, and performance goals.

- Serve as a recognized voice in the corporate campus and workplace sector.

- 20+ years of experience specializing in corporate campus and workplace architecture.
- Widely regarded as a thought leader by peers and clients within the corporate workplace sector.
- Proven record of designing and delivering award-winning corporate campus projects.
- Demonstrated success in business planning, practice building, and business development strategy.
- Deeply knowledgeable about design, workplace, real estate, and business trends shaping the future of work.
- Creative yet analytical; visionary yet grounded; confident yet collaborative.
- Experienced communicator who can inspire teams and earn trust at the executive level.
- Licensed architect preferred (or ability to obtain licensure).
- Open to travel to support national clients, teams, and pursuits.
