This candidate will be comfortable with working a 9AM to 6PM UK Monday-Friday schedule and is fluent in both written and spoken English.You naturally bring energy, warmth, and professionalism to customer interactions and are comfortable being the day-to-day face of Discuss for multiple clients. What You’ll Do With Us:
As a Project Manager at Discuss, you will:
- Serve as the primary liaison for all project-related communications between Discuss and our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Deeply understand each client’s unique requirements and tailor workflows to meet their needs, enhancing project outcomes.
- Oversee the development of screening criteria, the creation of screeners, and the assessment of project viability.
- Efficiently coordinate schedules across clients, respondents, moderators, and translators, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team, as well as third-party moderators and translators, to deliver exceptional project results.
- Facilitate project setup within the Discuss platform, guiding clients through the process for optimal use and success.
- Actively suggest and implement changes to enhance project success, providing expert advice and insights to clients.
- Document project details and status updates in CRM tools, maintaining clear and accessible records.
- Manage pre-interview processes, including recruitment tracking, client training, and addressing follow-up questions to prepare for successful interviews.
- Monitor fieldwork progress, ensuring projects are executed as planned and promptly addressing any deviations.
- Oversee project budgeting, track costs, and coordinate with the accounting department for accurate invoicing.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during project execution, applying critical problem- solving skills to maintain project integrity.
What You’ve Done Before:
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in qualitative market research, demonstrating a deep understanding of client objectives and target audiences.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
- You possess the skill to craft precise recruitment questionnaires that pinpoint the exact needs of a project.
- Your organizational prowess allows you to manage a diverse portfolio of projects simultaneously, with the capacity to handle 8 or more projects monthly without compromising quality.
- A natural at navigating new technologies, you’re comfortable learning and mastering new software, seamlessly integrating multiple platforms into your workflow to enhance project execution.
- Your meticulous nature ensures every aspect of a project is executed flawlessly, from the initial planning stages to the final touches, leaving no stone unturned.
- With an aptitude for rapid learning, you’re equipped to thrive amidst constant changes and challenges, always staying ahead of the curve.
