As a Map Revisions Specialist, you will be the engine behind our "spatial brain," ensuring every map is a high-fidelity representation of a physical community. Reporting to the Senior Manager of SightMap Configuration, you'll join a collaborative team of 4-6 specialists dedicated to precision and speed. This role isn't just about clicking buttons; it's about mastering the intersection of design, data, and emerging technology. What you'll do...
Design and Production:
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator to reproduce rasterized images into vector formats and apply various tools and drawing styles to represent information.
- Leverage AI-assisted design tools within the Adobe Creative Suite to accelerate vector tracing, object selection, and repetitive layout adjustments.
- Modify file formats by scaling, cropping, retouching, and repositioning to maintain the quality and consistency of content across a high volume of projects.
- Configure and adjust products within proprietary software to ensure high-quality delivery.
Quality Assurance & Process Management:
- Conduct audits of client portfolios to ensure strict adherence to design standards and quality benchmarks.
- Utilize LLMs and automation platforms to draft internal documentation, summarize audit findings, and streamline project communication.
- Efficiently manage project routing to different departments to meet deadlines and optimize turnaround times.
- Identify and correct product errors and make revisions based on client feedback.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Support teams to understand production specifications and deliver revisions accurately.
- Use AI assistants to help organize and prioritize tasks within Adobe Workfront to ensure no project stalls.
- Demonstrate the ability to work and adapt within a fast-paced startup culture, balancing a commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
Requirements
What you offer us...
- 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, software implementation, or technical configuration.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, specifically for vector graphic creation and manipulation.
- AI Literacy: Comfort using generative AI (LLMs) and AI assistants to enhance personal productivity and automate repetitive administrative tasks.
- Technical Agility: Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management platforms; familiarity with interactive proofing technology is a plus.
- Analytical Precision: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain focus and accuracy on repetitive tasks while supervising AI-generated outputs for quality.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive coaching and development mindset to contribute to team improvement and process evolution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: Hourly rate of $23/hr. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
