Job Description
  • Implements production and manufacturing procedures to optimize processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsibilities include scale-up and troubleshooting for equipment, systems and/or scientific procedures.
  • May establish operating equipment specifications and improve manufacturing techniques.
  • May assist with resolving technical issues, as well as maintenance of production equipment.
  • May review existing operational and process discrepancies in manufacturing and provide technical expertise to improve procedures.
  • Creates or edits required documentation of scientific processes and results for customer and compliance purposes.
     
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or High School degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of relevant work experience. Manufacturing, warehouse, or stocking in a GMP regulated facility preferred.
  • Experience in a clean room environment preferred.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $27.15 - $42.43/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
