Job Summary As Managing Director of the Growth Accounts Team, you’ll oversee and execute the strategic direction for Q-Centrix’s rapidly expanding partner segment of mid-sized hospitals and regional health systems. This role blends hands-on leadership, operational oversight, and commercial strategy, ensuring that your team hits revenue targets while delivering exceptional partner experiences.
You’ll lead multiple teams of Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs) and Partner Success Advisors (PSAs) through your Associate Managing Directors, drive execution across regional markets, and scale repeatable processes that enable continued rapid growth across the segment.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee and manage performance of a “pod.”
- Set team strategy, sales goals, KPIs, and market plans in alignment with overall Q-Centrix revenue goals.
- Direct and support complex sales and renewal negotiations with key regional partners.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support messaging, go-to-market plans, and solution development for the Growth segment.
- Create consistency across territories by standardizing processes, sharing best practices, and facilitating collaboration across regions.
- Analyze team performance data and market insights to refine strategy, prioritize opportunities, and address risks.
- Serve as a thought leader and voice of the field in leadership forums and strategic planning.
- Ensure ongoing coaching, development, and engagement across all growth team members.

Required Abilities, Education, and Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in sales, account leadership, or business development, including at least 1 year of people management experience.
- 3-6+ years of direct experience engaging and partnering with C-suite executives to drive business outcomes.
- Proven experience scaling sales teams and driving consistent, measurable growth across distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of regional healthcare dynamics and experience selling into hospitals and health systems.
- Strong operational acumen and the ability to lead through KPIs and performance data.
- Excellent communicator, highly adaptable, and known for cultivating collaborative team environments.
- Strong customer orientation and commitment to long-term value creation for healthcare partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Abilities, Education and Skills:
- Background in healthcare technology, data services, or hospital quality improvement programs.
- Familiarity with quality reporting, hospital regulatory requirements, or clinical data abstraction.
- Master of Health Administration (MHA) or MBA.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage a pod of SGMs.
Work environment/Physical Demands: Continuous sitting and fine manipulation.
Travel Requirements: 40%

The target salary range for this role is $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, and a commission target range of $90,000-$130,000. An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experience, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. All commissions are considered variable pay and are paid per the Q-Centrix Commission Plan, which is shared with team members annually. The actual commission payout may be higher or lower, depending on individual performance.
