About the role

If you know Content Management Systems such as Sitecore , this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Digital Marketing team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices! In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 3 days per week minimum, with 2 days per week working from home.

Your success in this role is measured by your management of the enterprise content management system, your ability to lead an international team of high performing digital marketers and your ability to partner cross functionally with senior stakeholders across the globe. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including Digital Production, Digital Experience and IT to align web builds with strategic initiatives and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Content Authoring: Manage a team of content authors to build and update web pages, microsites, and landing pages across multiple markets and languages.
  • Content Governance & Compliance: Implement best practices for accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and regulatory compliance using enterprise CMS (Sitecore).
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver high-performing landing pages and digital assets for global campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital Experience, IT, and regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:

  • 7+ years in web content management or digital production, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong people leadership experience managing high performing and ambitious international teams.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in enterprise CMS (preferably Sitecore), accessibility standards, and SEO principles.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage complex, multi-market web builds and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and experience working in global, matrixed organisations.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in regulated industries (healthcare or medical devices), familiarity with web analytics, and a track record of driving workflow improvements.

In addition to the opportunity to develop your knowledge and grow professionally, we offer competitive wages and benefits.

  • Pay Range in the United States: $115,000 – $127,000 USD based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 15% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
  • Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as 401(K) matching with immediate vesting, Paid Time Off, tuition reimbursement, maternity and paternity leave, Employee Stock Purchase Plan and pet insurance.
