The Research & Design Science team is helping DaVita reimagine how our products support our care. Our team guides the technology direction, standards, and delivery that help to create secure, consistent, branded and amazing product experiences for patients, providers and teammates.

As a Design Manager, you will play a key role in Research & Design Science by leading a team of best-in-class designers, working on digital projects that live on multiple platforms within DaVita. This position requires expertise in both responsive and mobile spaces with the ability to help guide designers to create engaging designs and convert complex information into easy-to-use user experiences. The ideal candidate must have the ability to lead designers in rapid creation of wireframes, prototypes, produce comps and assets, and be able to work with diverse business partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

Manage workload for creative group including mobile and web designers, user researchers, and copywriter to create high quality design work on time and on budget

Act as lead creative liaison to our business partners and stakeholders as well as other cross-functional team members

Provide design feedback to team and develop talents of team members

User Experience design and visual design of mobile, website pages, buttons, infographics, and presentations

5.

Manage the application standards and provide certification reviews on all apps in the village

Participation in brainstorm meetings to generate new ideas, campaigns, and approaches to target goals and KPIs

Other duties as assigned.

The Salary Range for the role is $84,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year.
