Anduril’s Facility Operations team is responsible for optimizing facilities. Everything from layouts, designs for R&D facilities, ensuring efficient workflows, and minimizing wasted space, all while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Transportation & Parking to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you will manage commuter shuttle programs, rideshare partnerships, and parking operations while ensuring operational excellence, strategic planning, and financial efficiency. If you are someone who likes to lead high-impact mobility operations then this role is for you. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Operational Leadership:
    • Oversee daily transportation and parking operations to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient mobility services.
    • Develop policies and procedures aligned with Anduril’s strategic goals.
  • Project & Program Management:
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives including commuter shuttle programs and rideshare service contracts.
    • Execute and monitor strategic projects to expand mobility offerings.
  • Budget & Financial Oversight:
    • Manage budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
    • Analyze data to identify operational trends and improve financial performance.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service partners.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Security, HR, Finance) to resolve operational challenges.
    • Represent the department in executive meetings and industry forums.
  • Data-Driven Reporting:
    • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to track utilization, compliance, and overall performance.
    • Leverage project management tools to drive continuous improvements.
  • Team Development:
    • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of professional growth and innovation.
    • Promote diversity, inclusion, and sustainable practices within the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Minimum of 10 years in transportation, mobility, or project management roles with a strong track record in managing large-scale operations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Transportation, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Expertise in vendor management, budget oversight, and project delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in modern project management and reporting tools.
US Salary Range
$129,000$171,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
