About the Role:

The Manager of Training and Instructional Design leads a team responsible for designing and delivering all product training for Bullhorn’s customers and internal Customer Success (CS) and Support teams. This includes eLearning (self-paced, scalable modules) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT, in-person/virtual sessions), ensuring a consistent customer experience that drives product adoption, customer satisfaction (NPS), and internal performance (resolution times, competency). The role oversees content creation and training delivery, implementing a proactive training calendar to stabilize CS/Support needs, and collaborates with Enablement Specializations and Certifications teams to align with enterprise goals.

A typical day will include...
  • Implementing product training strategies, delivering modular, scalable eLearning and ILT programs for internal team members and external customer audiences aligned to customer success and certification goals.

  • Overseeing development and delivery of eLearning modules (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and ILT sessions (in-person/virtual via Zoom/Webex), managing unified workflows via LMS for scheduling, registration, tracking, and reporting.

  • Driving product adoption, satisfaction (NPS), and internal competency, monitoring KPIs (e.g., attendance, completion rates, resolution times, learner feedback).

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of instructional designers and product trainers, delegating tasks (e.g., via Principal Trainer, Senior IDs) to build capacity and ensure accountability.

  • Fostering a values-driven, inclusive team culture, integrating training and instructional design workflows to streamline processes and enhance outcomes.

  • Supporting certification programs by ensuring training content and delivery align with internal and external certification requirements.

This role is a fit for you if…
  • If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or related field. Certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD) are a plus

  • If you have 5+ years in instructional design and/or training delivery, with expertise in eLearning and ILT for SaaS products. 2+ years leading teams, preferably in SaaS or staffing industry.

  • A proven track record of managing training programs for internal and external audiences.

  • An expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.

  • A proficiency in eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.

  • Strong facilitation and training delivery skills for ILT (in-person/virtual).

  • Experience with data analytics to measure training effectiveness (e.g., NPS, completion rates).

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • The ability to manage diverse teams and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 

Bonus: Knowledge: Familiarity with Bullhorn’s products (AI/automation), staffing industry, and CS/Support workflows a plus.
