About the Team

The Stitch Fix Tools and Platform (TAP) team drives innovation and operational excellence across the enterprise.  The TAP team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology tools and services used across the organization.  The team oversees critical functions such as Identity and Entitlement Management, Integrations, and Workforce Technology Solutions, ensuring technology solutions and services align with Stitch Fix’s strategic goals and deliver exceptional value to the end user.  

About the Role

As the Manager, Technology Shared Services, you will report directly to Stitch Fix’s Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Enterprise IT. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and technical expertise.  You are a strong technologist who is able to effectively lead, manage, and mentor the TAP team.  You are a strategic leader who is able to collaborate with technology and business leaders across the organization, understand their needs, and proactively identify emerging technologies, tools, and services that support business initiatives.  You will manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tools, solutions, and services within budget and timelines. You will drive the adoption and usage of technology tools, solutions, and services to support business initiatives and enhance operations.

  • Develop and implement a long-term vision and actionable short-term plans for Technology Shared Services.
  • Establish and lead a cohesive Technology Shared Services function with clear performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and offered tools, technologies, and services.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Own continual service improvements and ongoing process maturity through regular reviews of the process and tools, trend analysis, metrics reporting, and regular engagement with stakeholders.
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors for tools and services supporting Technology Shared Services.
  • Foster strong relationships across technology and business departments to understand and address user needs.

  • You are a strong technologist with 7+ years in IT Systems, Identity and Entitlement Management, Integrations Platforms, or Technology Tools and Services, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have a proven ability to manage and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment, with a focus on employee engagement and professional growth.
  • You have outstanding communication skills and the ability to lead with empathy.

Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. Salary Range
$108,800$160,000 USD
