Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.
As Manager, Technical Product Management, you'll be responsible for helping build our Boost Mobile business; growing, leading and mentoring a team that will work closely with our partners to build our brand and grow our 5G and Boost Mobile business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a Technical Product Team by establishing processes, tools, reporting, and role definitions aligned with IT and business organizations
  • Support the growth of Boost Mobile through strategically driven, product-led capabilities on the Digital Operator Platform
  • Lead and inspire a team of technical product managers, fostering high performance and removing obstacles to success
  • Drive the development and maintenance of strategic, tech-driven roadmaps while facilitating cross-functional decision-making
  • Oversee product management efforts from ideation to launch, providing insightful recommendations to business leaders and executives
  • Implement best-in-class product management processes, promote an Agile and collaborative work environment, and manage performance through feedback and evaluations

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • BS Degree in computer science or a related or technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of demonstrated management experience in an Agile development environment
  • 5+ years of combined product management, technical analysis, project management and/or other related experience that includes prior experience launching and/or supporting telecom related products and/or services

Preferred Skills:
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex cross-functional projects
  • Executive-level communication skills for roadmap reviews and presentations
  • Ability to manage teams and projects across multiple geographic regions
  • Expertise in identifying and implementing processes that enhance productivity, transparency, and coordination
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development and solution architecture principles
  • Experience in building and operating new products and services while navigating complex environments

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
